Description
Ombre Rose Perfume by Brosseau. Released nearly four decades ago in 1981, Ombre Rose is not a fragrance to be forgotten. This lush, floral scent begins with top notes of geranium, Brazilian rosewood, and peach, evoking the splendor of springtime. Middle notes are also largely plucked from the garden and include the heady blooms of rose, vetiver, lily-of-the-valley, and ylang-ylang. At its base, this romantic fragrance features the deeper scents of cinnamon, honey, musk, and vanilla, which ground this otherwise light and flowery perfume.
This highly feminine scent has enjoyed a great deal of longevity and is now considered a classic by many. Jean-Charles Brosseau opened his Paris design house in 1955 after graduating from fashion school, and his boutique 15 years later in 1970. By the end of the 1970s, he had begun work on fragrances. Currently, the house has 16 scents in its line, its latest offering having debuted as recently as 2017. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.
