Description
First released in 2013, Cabotine Fleur Splendide is a candy-sweet floral fragrance for women created by Mylene Alran of Robertet. The opening notes are a fresh gourmand effusion of white peach and the fruit and spice nuances of bergamot. As the scent begins to settle and warm, silken soft florals of jasmine and powdery red rose emerge, wreathed in a creamy, comforting sandalwood accord. Base notes of earthy sweet patchouli and light musk combine to produce a deliciously cozy amber finish.
Born in Paris in 1903, couture designer Madam Alix Gres launched her first perfume, Cabochard, in 1958. In 2001 Silvio Denz took over ownership of the brand and moved the headquarters to Switzerland. Cabotine Fleur Splendide is one of a family of Cabotine perfumes that were inspired by the iconic original launched in 1990. Other fragrances in the series include Cabotine Bleu, Fleur de Passion, Delight, Eau Vivide, Fleur d'Ivoire, Green Summer, Moon Flower and Rose. All products are original, authentic name brands.
